We would like to express our gratitude and sincere thanks to Jamie in your service section. We recently found ourselves in a predicament whilst travelling, in that suddenly, we had no lights and our refrigerator wasn’t working in our Newlands van. After exhausing all avenues within our knowledge to rectify the problem, we placed a call for a serviceman to attend the park in which we were staying in Bundaberg Qld but there was an extended delay for the service call. In desperation, we rang your service department and were lucky enough to be put in contact with Jamie. He could not have been any more courteous and helpful in advising us possible rectification suggestions, and, after the second phone call with him, our problem was solved, the lights back on and the refrigerator working again. We would like to say a very big “thank you” to Jamie. Alan Grahams is very fortunate to have a person such as Jamie in its employ, he is a credit to your business. We would also add, our Newlands is the second van we have purchased through your yard and have always received excellent service from you, having dealt with Steve in service and Julie in the office before (and now Jamie). It’s wonderful to be able to deal with employees of this caliber.
