Here are a selection of literally hundreds of letters, emails and cards we have received from happy customers.
We took delivery of our new Belmont in late November. We have had a short holiday since to check the van out and everything worked as expected. The inside and outside workmanship and presentation was without fault and we are very pleased with our choice.
Dean helped us choose the van, inside colours and accessories from the start. His expertise and down to earth manner made our decisions that much easier.
Steve handed over the van and gave us all the info we needed to get things on the road.
Every one who has looked at the van has been very impressed.
Please pass on our thanks to your team and we will see you soon for the first service.
Geoff & Sheila Kretchmer
Just wanted to to let you know we picked up our new van on Monday 13/08/12 , We want to say thank you to you and the rest of the people involved in getting our van delivered to us in the condition it's in, We are very happy with our new caravan and thank you for your professional manner from sale to delivery, Its been a pleasure doing business and we will tell others as we travel around.

Deaf Mr Graham,
I recently purchased a Coromal Compac 402 and I just wanted you to know that I am absolutely delighted not only with the van but also with the help and support which I have had from all your employees.
I was sold the van by Dean who considered my needs and worked around the difficulties which I had concerning the sale of my house and then the exchange of money from England. He was considerate and helpful at all times.
I have then had support from the maintenance section with Mr Fuller and his team who looked after me with professional and patient tuition including a lesson on reversing with the van which was immensely appreciated.
I am at the moment at Toowoon Bay to try out the van and I wished I had a dollar for every compliment I have received about my caravan which I call Doris. I have been quick to tell everyone about your excellent company and it seems that I am not alone with my opinions.
Thank you for such a fantastic experience and the chance to live my dream be it 40 years too late but at least I have made it!
Yesterday Steve Fuller of Alan Graham's, Gosford, did a most professional handover of my new Topaz and I was very impressed with the level of expertise and patience that he demonstrated. Track Trailer has a real asset in Steve.
Along with the extensive information that he provided me was the Topaz Owner's Manual, with the comb binding that I have only just commenced to devour.
By way of this letter my wife and I would like to congratulate your company on having one of the best workshop and staff and after sales service we have come across in our 60 plus years.
We puchased an "as new" second hand Supreme Spirit 1960 which was only just over 2 years old at the time of purchase. the caravan is great, just what we wanted, and although there was a problem with an extremely difficult to find leak, Steve Terry and crew were able to fix it with the minimum of fuss and utmost professionalism.
If this is the service on a used caravan one can only imagine what the service would be like on one of the new caravans. For this reason we would be more than happy to recommend Alan Grahams to any prospective buyers.

To whom it may concern
Just wanted to advise you how happy we are with your salesperson Brett Fisher and how happy we are with the whole process of purchasing a Concept van from you. Everyone we have dealt with in your organisation has been a pleasure and we have since sent our daughter to buy a van from you also.
We also went to visit the Concept factory and they also extremely informative and helpful. Once again thank you to all concerned. We looking forward to referring you in the future as we travel around Australia.

Well another show has passed with great results for Alan Graham Caravans.
A very big congratulations to Andy Graham & his crew for the extraordinary effort of selling a large quantity of Jurgens Caravans. Their professionalism in regards to site location, bright blue rubber matting, flags, pop-ups, point of sale material, large flat screen TV, interior decorating, & supporting a professional sales team, all contributed to achieving excellent sales.
This is a prime example of doing all the little things to ensure success. We encourage all dealers to create an atmosphere that purchasing a Jurgens Caravan is the best decision any consumer can make.
Talk to Gerard & l so we can help you make the difference.
"Well done Alan Graham Caravans"
We picked our Newlands Zodiac van up on Thurs.24/11/11 and to say we are satisfied with the quality and workmanship is a gross understatement. We could not be any happier and would like to thank you for your expert advice in relation to the selection of the van,the layout the interior colours, fabrics and extras.
We have been very impressed with the attitude and assistance provided by Alan Grahams staff particularly yourself,Jessica Andrews, and Jamie and the staff at West Gosford involved with the handover.Nothing we requested was a problem.
The caravan is very well constructed and the workmanship is well above industry standard.
We will have no hesitation recommending yourself Newlands Caravans and Alan Grahams to prospective caravan purchasers.
Max and Lyn Purcell
P.S. Just a word to the wise from someone who has kicked more caravan tyres than most, the features I liked most about Newlands Caravans, when considering my purchase, was the strength provided by the double ply front and also the method used to provide sideways fall across the van to avoid water pooling on the roof. I consider these features on Concept and/or Newlands Caravans put them well ahead of their competitors.
Hi Dean and Jess,
Just a brief email to thank you both for the terrific help you both gave us in the purchase of our new van.....Dean from the time we made the decision to purchase the van in May last year, through to the time we took possession on 17th March, a period in which you regularly kept us up to date with developments and promptly responded to any enquiries that we had.....and Jess with all your friendly assistance to ensure that everything went smoothly with the delivery.
We would also like to thank both Ross (who did a good job of showing us through the van on the 17th March) and Steve (who attended to a couple of minor issues with the van when we dropped back in after the first trial over a few nights).
The van is terrific and we are extremely pleased with it.
Thanks again to all for your wonderful assistance.
Regards and Best Wishes,
Keith & Sandra O'Leary
I have recently purchased a caravan from you on 9 June 2011 and I am writing to advise that my wife and I are very satisfied with the van and the services we have received from Alan Grahams Caravans. We purchased a 2007 Jayco Destiny pop top van and plan to set off at the end of July to travel half way around Australia over a period of two months.
I would like to give a special recognition to Chad, who works in your service and delivery section. Chad took some of his time to carefully orientate us with the van and helped us by setting our electric brakes towing mirrors.
If we enjoy our travels and we consider an upgrade in the future we will contact you and will have no hesitation in recommending your company to our friends.

Child Flight is up in the air thanks to many Central Coast businesses and individuals who fought to keep it where it belongs. North Gosford caravan salesman Alan Graham is one of those many people who received special thanks last week from Child Flight's Central Coast regional co-ordinator Nicole Smith and her daughter Amy, whose life was saved by the service.
State Cabinet decided to support in principle the continued operation of the State's only dedicated helicopter for sick children. Without this Child Flight would have been grounded on December 31.
As the battle to save Child Flight raged, Mr Graham pledged to donate $100 from every caravan or car sold from November 20. On Wednesday last week, Mr Graham handed over $1800 to Ms Smith and he is keeping the fundraising going by extending the deadline to December 25.
"We hope to raise about $3000 to $3500 by that time," Mr Graham said. "I'm very happy with the response from the community. It's been a great campaign and one so many people were aware of."
Ms Smith was full of praise and thanks for the many Central Coast people who helped save Child Flight.

If you are in the market for a campervan or a caravan there is no better place to look than Alan Grahams' Caravans and RVs on the Pacific Highway at North Gosford. The long established business has gone from strength to strength since owner Alan Graham opened the doors in 1977.
With 20 plus years experience in selling and servicing all makes of caravans, the company has an enviable reputation for offering quality products and reliable service. Now it has another feather in its cap - following the recent highly successful Sydney Caravan and Camping Show, members of the Caravan and Camping Industry Association of NSW have voted Alan Graham the "Dealer of the Year". The award is given for sales volume, after sales service and follow up, marketing, quality control, customer service facilities and overall presentation to the customer.
"This is a very prestigious and highly regarded award," Mr Graham said. "And to win it after the spate of fires we recently went through, has been a tremendous boost for the staff. Since the fires, we have upgraded our security and rearranged the layout of the yard. Sales continue to grow and in the past six weeks, we have added an extra person to the sales staff and expanded the office."
One of the main reasons it has remained at the top of its industry over the years is the support and back-up it provides to customers after a sale is made.
It is a key element of success Mr Graham said. "Our on-site service department has been managed for the past 21 years by Steve Fuller and his merry band of mechanics. There is very little they don't know about caravans and the confidence they instill in our customers is just one of the reasons why we have so many people return to us when they are looking to upgrade their vans."
The business is also a real family operation with son Andy Graham also at the helm with his father. Both men are involved in the business on a day-to-day basis and take a personal interest in all caravan sales, whether new or used.
"We see the sale of a caravan as the start of a long term relationship, not just the end of a sales campaign", Mr Graham said. "As committed caravan users, Andy and I can offer some pretty sound advice when it comes to setting up your rig and getting the most out of your van. It's not just sales talk, we speak from experience".
The company is now one of the largest and busiest caravan centres in the state and also attracts customers from all over Australia.
Its policy of always treating customers the way they like to be treated themselves is a proven winner and will be rigorously applied by the father and son team, now and in the future. The centre is open all year round and there is an independent finance broker on site to assist with all financial matters. Enquiries 02 4328 4800.

Just a note to say thank you for your kind donation in support of my Golf Day. I have been overwhelmed by the way my friends both in and outside the motor trade have rallied to have me feel a new zest for living.
Following adversity, I am now viewing life differently by turning any setbacks around, and taking advantage of my position. I have to give back to others the support I have received from many people who have become close friends over the years. I cannot express enough thanks for the way FAI and staff have given me so much personal help and encouragement.
Be assure we will keep in touch and thank you again for both our business association and personal friendship.
Yours faithfully Peter Preston, FAI Insurance
Our Association extends its thanks for your support in the production of our 1997 Supershow commercials. The use of the Windsor Caravan and Goldstream Camper Trailer enabled us to produce a dedicated caravanning and camping commercial.
A VHS copy of the 4WD commercial plus the other commercials produced is enclosed, as well as a photograph of the commercial being produced.
Again, thanks for your support in making the 1997 Supershow our best ever.

Thank you for your response in support of the Caravan Industry's national promotion campaign. Your dollars are of great importance in the CIA's plan to "grow the market towards 2001". Your contribution is acknowledged and appreciated.
With thanks Gabrielle O'Brien - Promotional Fund Co-ordinator, Caravan Industry Australia Ltd.
Our very sincere thanks for being a sponsor on the day and because of your generosity we were able to raise over $2500 on the day and the money will go that very deserving local charity called "Central Coast Kids In Need Inc." based at Gorokan but serving the whole of the Central Coast. It is also a way for all of us to be able to remember young Adam Hillier who was killed while at work for Erina Depot of the Gosford City Council.
We thank you very much for your donation on the day and look forward to being in touch again to the next annual event.
Yours faithfully Allan Poile - Secretary/Treasurer Erina Depot Social Club, Gosford City Council.
