We have recently started our journey with the team at Alan Graham Caravans at Wyoming by purchasing a new Concept caravan from them, Let me say first up that we had done our homework before we went down there and we had only one rule - not to compromise on quality or comfort. From the moment we walked into the display area we were greeted by one of their friendly staff Dean who showed us through their huge range of different brands and layouts , He was very helpful and attentive with a great knowledge of not only their vans but the Industry in general . He took us over to the Concept Belmont and showed us through it pointing out all the features that we had requested It was exactly what we wanted. Also bringing our Pajero in to make sure we could open the back door when the van was hitched He was very thorough . We took delivery of our new Belmont Bunk Van on 15th of March 2014 and expressing our gratitude towards you and Concept for what you have collectively achieved is somewhat hard to put on paper.
My wife and I are second generation customers to Alan Grahams, and we have had the good fortune of owning 2 Newlands Bunk Vans purchased from you prior to our latest Concept Belmont. We were extremely satisfied with our past vans, however the new furniture and finishing’s that Concept have adopted in the new generation Belmont series see it in an entirely different class.
We were the unfortunate victims of accident that saw our first van written off and at the time felt that all we had worked for had been destroyed. With the assistance of your salesman Dean we saw ourselves back in a new and better van within 4 months of the accident. Andy and his team of sales people possess compassion and willingness to help in times of need whether it is for warranty purposes or sales. This in today’s climate is rare and should be considered the benchmark for all sales based businesses. Your service department headed by Steve is a pleasure to deal with. Steve takes everything in his stride and nothing is ever a problem. Everything we have ever requested has been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I have on a couple of occasions now phoned Steve for information whilst on holidays and I am always greeted with the same happy, helpful voice.
On a recent trip to Melbourne we were extremely honoured to accept an invitation to the Concept factory in Campbellfield to see the new line of timbers, cabinetry and production facilities that our new van would be part of. We were greeted by Keir Smith one of the owners of Concept. Keir promptly introduced us to his Business partners and key production staff. As a business owner and tradesman myself it became immediately apparent why Concept is forging a lasting impression on the industry. I recently purchased a Coromal Compac 402 and I just wanted you to know that I am absolutely delighted not only with the van but also with the help and support which I have had from all your employees.
I was sold the van by Dean who considered my needs and worked around the difficulties which I had concerning the sale of my house and then the exchange of money from England. He was considerate and helpful at all times.
I have then had support from the maintenance section with Mr Fuller and his team who looked after me with professional and patient tuition including a lesson on reversing with the van which was immensely appreciated.
I am at the moment at Toowoon Bay to try out the van and I wished I had a dollar for every compliment I have received about my caravan which I call Doris. I have been quick to tell everyone about your excellent company and it seems that I am not alone with my opinions.

Yesterday Steve Fuller of Alan Graham's, Gosford, did a most professional handover of my new Topaz and I was very impressed with the level of expertise and patience that he demonstrated. Track Trailer has a real asset in Steve.
Along with the extensive information that he provided me was the Topaz Owner's Manual, with the comb binding that I have only just commenced to devour.
By way of this letter my wife and I would like to congratulate your company on having one of the best workshop and staff and after sales service we have come across in our 60 plus years.
We puchased an "as new" second hand Supreme Spirit 1960 which was only just over 2 years old at the time of purchase. the caravan is great, just what we wanted, and although there was a problem with an extremely difficult to find leak, Steve Terry and crew were able to fix it with the minimum of fuss and utmost professionalism.
If this is the service on a used caravan one can only imagine what the service would be like on one of the new caravans. For this reason we would be more than happy to recommend Alan Grahams to any prospective buyers.

Just a word to the wise from someone who has kicked more caravan tyres than most,the features I liked most about Newlands Caravans,when considering my purchase,was the strength provided by the double ply front and also the method used to provide sideways fall across the van to avoid water pooling on the roof. I have recently purchased a caravan from you on 9 June 2011 and I am writing to advise that my wife and I are very satisfied with the van and the services we have received from Alan Grahams Caravans. We purchased a 2007 Jayco Destiny pop top van and plan to set off at the end of July to travel half way around Australia over a period of two months.
I would like to give a special recognition to Chad, who works in your service and delivery section. Chad took some of his time to carefully orientate us with the van and helped us by setting our electric brakes towing mirrors.

Child Flight is up in the air thanks to many Central Coast businesses and individuals who fought to keep it where it belongs. North Gosford caravan salesman Alan Graham is one of those many people who received special thanks last week from Child Flight's Central Coast regional co-ordinator Nicole Smith and her daughter Amy, whose life was saved by the service.
State Cabinet decided to support in principle the continued operation of the State's only dedicated helicopter for sick children. Without this Child Flight would have been grounded on December 31.
As the battle to save Child Flight raged, Mr Graham pledged to donate $100 from every caravan or car sold from November 20. On Wednesday last week, Mr Graham handed over $1800 to Ms Smith and he is keeping the fundraising going by extending the deadline to December 25.
"We hope to raise about $3000 to $3500 by that time," Mr Graham said. "I'm very happy with the response from the community. It's been a great campaign and one so many people were aware of."
Ms Smith was full of praise and thanks for the many Central Coast people who helped save Child Flight.

There is very little they don't know about caravans and the confidence they instill in our customers is just one of the reasons why we have so many people return to us when they are looking to upgrade their vans."
The business is also a real family operation with son Andy Graham also at the helm with his father. Both men are involved in the business on a day-to-day basis and take a personal interest in all caravan sales, whether new or used.
"We see the sale of a caravan as the start of a long term relationship, not just the end of a sales campaign", Mr Graham said. "As committed caravan users, Andy and I can offer some pretty sound advice when it comes to setting up your rig and getting the most out of your van. It's not just sales talk, we speak from experience".
The company is now one of the largest and busiest caravan centres in the state and also attracts customers from all over Australia.
