We are really fortunate to have a long standing service team, who really know the product and can ensure your warranty or maintenance needs are fully satisfied.
Our team comprises of Service/Delivery Manager - Steve Fuller, Customer Service/Warranty Advisor- Julie Jarvis, Workshop Technitians - Louis, Steve, Jamie and Chad.

Since then, Steve has worked his way up the tree so to speak and is a qualified motor mechanic so he will put these skills to good use in both the caravans and motorhomes. He is now Manager of the service department. He loves 4WD, mountain bike riding, surfing and soccer on weekends. With four children, he also does his share of the housework to keep the peace at home. Steve would love to be a professional soccer player but since that won't be a reality this time around, he has rationalised that generally he is very satisfied with life as it is. |

Warranty
All caravans and motorhomes are built by humans - hence there may be some manufacturing problems from time to time. At Alan Graham's Caravans and RVs, we aim to minimise any warranty items which could be of concern to you.
Our trained technicians have an extremely comprehensive checklist of warranty items - all covered in the pre-delivery inspection given to every caravan and motorhome sold by our team.
Should the need for warranty work arise, please contact Julie on (02) 4322 4488 to discuss your requirements. It would greatly assist us if you could have your Chassis Number and Date of Purchase handy.
