Alan and his wife Judy commenced operations in Gosford (just 1 hour north of Sydney) in January 1978 from humble beginnings selling the popular and sturdy Windsor range of products.

Windsor Caravans caters for all sections of the market with family vans, the new famous Windsor Rapid through to the luxurious Royale with shower, toilet and all the state of the art mod cons. Alan is now the longest serving Windsor dealer in Australia and is the largest and most successful dealer having won the prestigious Dealer of the Year award 3 years in a row.
Concept Caravans have taken the industry by storm producing an innovative modern caravan. New sparkling ideas and tried and proven technology make the concept range “a must see”. Baby Boomers account for a major section of the Concept success. Concept have just completed a new massive factory at Cambellfield, VIC to satisfy they’re market growth.
Supreme Caravans cater for the true Off Roader with their Getaway and Territory Models. Supreme is one of the few caravan companies that are “quality assured” they are the only caravan guaranteed to go “off road”.
Track Trailer are simply the best Off Road Camper on the market today. Swift To combat fuel prices the imported light weight Swift caravan range was added to the product line. Light Weight and Durable with the Proven ALKO Chassis these units can be towed safely by much smaller cars as the Tare weight of a Swift Caravan is 20% lighter than an Australian Built product.
The Company also carries a range of Motor homes and quality second hand vans thus making the business a true one stop shop.
NEXT GENERATION
Son Andy joined the team 16 years ago and after working in many departments is now General Manager allowing Alan & Judy to travel more and know the business is in good hands. Alan says after 30 years any business needs fresh ideas, new blood and modern technology. The Company recently installed a new state of the art industry specific computer system which is linked to a new and bold web site www.alangrahams.com.au However the company motto is still the same OUR REPUTATION IS YOUR PROTECTION.
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
Alan Graham is always looking to improve his business and the products he offers his customers. He recently travelled to Europe to inspect and evaluate a new series of Motor homes together with the latest technology on Touring Vans. The experience gained is invaluable to both his business and his customers. Alan being a caravanner himself always encourages his staff to use caravans for their own holidays. Alan’s son Andy has recently completed a 2 week trip to Innaminka with his wife Katie and his children Georgina, Sarah and Nicholas.
NEW SERVICE/ DELIVERY CENTRE
Due to expansion the company has recently opened a new larger workshop to cater for Service and After Sales work together with Insurance Repairs. Also incorporated in the new complex is a Delivery section specifically designed to make the hand over of the new caravan as enjoyable and informative as possible. Steve Fuller the Service Manager has been with the Company for 29 of the 30 years and is well qualified to satisfy our customers every need. Stephen is capably assisted by Noel Smith our Warranty Manager and 5 other valuable workshop staff.
